On the edge of Rudding Park’s parkland, Repton Green is accessed through its own secure gate, solely for the use of Repton Green residents. As part of Rudding Park’s resort, owners will benefit from special privileges at both the golf course and the hotel.

The holiday lodges are all sold on a 45 year licence. They are furnished to a luxury standard, with the furnishings and fittings being part of the package. Lodge owners also benefit from two Rudding Park golf memberships as well as access to the Academy Gym & Health Spa in Harrogate. The facilities include:

  • Double glazing and full gas central heating
  • Flat screen TV
  • Broadband wireless connection for both the telephones and internet access
  • Luxury bathroom fittings in both the house and en-suite bathrooms
  • Fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, integrated fridge freezer and a dishwasher
  • Decking with hardwood furniture, gas BBQ and patio heater
  • Daily newspaper delivered to your door
  • Parking for two cars
  • Use of the outdoor swimming pool during the summer
