Reservations

We request that reservations are confirmed in writing and guaranteed by credit card or deposit. Guests are reminded that a hotel booking is a contract.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations or unfulfilled reservations within 5 days prior to our guaranteed arrival time of 14.00 hours.

In the event of your non-arrival a one-night room charge will be applied.

Extra Details

All of our bedrooms are non-smoking.
Accessible and interconnecting rooms are available upon request
Children up to the age of 16 sharing an adult’s room are charged at £35 per person. Children 17 and over are charged at £70. Both of these rates include full Yorkshire breakfast. Cots are complimentary.
Single occupancy rates are available on request
Rudding Park residents are eligible to a 20% discount off Green Fees and Golf Tuition
