Reservations

We request that reservations are guaranteed by credit card or deposit, and in some cases full prepayment is required.

Cancellations

Guests are reminded that a hotel booking is a contract. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations or unfulfilled reservations within 5 days prior to our guaranteed arrival time of 14.00 hours.

In the event of your non-arrival a one-night room charge will be applied.

Extra Details

All our rates are per room per night and are inclusive of a full Yorkshire breakfast, morning newspaper, wireless internet access and VAT at the current rate of 20%. The dinner, bed and breakfast rates include dinner at Clocktower with a food allocation of £36.00 from any of our menus.
Accessible rooms, interconnecting rooms and family rooms are available upon request
Single occupancy rates are available on request
Rudding Park residents are eligible to a 20% discount off Green Fees and Golf Tuition
All of our bedrooms are non-smoking.
All major cards are accepted including American Express.
