Clocktower Data Qualification – Online Terms and Conditions

1. Prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Rudding Park, their relatives and agents.
   
2. No purchase necessary.
   
3. Entry is by official form only. Only form entries with all mandatory fields completed will be accepted. Responses given in the online questionnaire will not impact on an entrant's chance of winning. Only one entry per person.
   
4. Entrants completing the online form will be entitled to a free bottle of wine with any two course meal in the Clocktower Restaurant during September 2009. The wine is as selected by Rudding Park. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Only one voucher may be redeemed per party in any one night.
   
5. Entries must be received no later than 31 December 2009.
   
6. In addition to the free bottle of wine, those completing the online form will also be entered into a free prize draw to win a night’s accommodation at Rudding Park. There is 1 prize to be won, comprising of Dinner, Bed and Breakfast and a bottle of house wine for two people at Rudding Park during 2010. Dinner includes three courses from the Yorkshire menu. All additional drinks, including any mini bar items are chargeable. Dates for the stay are subject to availability and must be pre-booked.
   
7. The prize winners will be drawn at random.
   
8. Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes be unavailable for any reason.
   
9. Prize draw will take place on 5 January 2010.
   
10. The prize winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the prize draw and will receive their prizes within a further 14 days.
    
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any email entries which are lost, delayed or damaged due to any technical reason. Proof of submitting an email entry is not proof of delivery.
    
12. Prize winners may be required to take part in future publicity.
    
13. Prize winners' details can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks by sending an SAE to: Data Qualification Prize Draw, Rudding Park, Follifoot, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG3 1JH after 5 January 2010.
