For meetings of 10 or more people, we have created both a residential and a non-residential package to include the basic requirements of a meeting. Our events co-ordinators will then work with you to build upon these packages to fulfil your individual needs.

Alternatively you could build the specifications for your event from scratch – from deciding upon the room(s) most suitable for your event, choosing your menus, agreeing any ancillary services (including flowers, AV equipment and entertainment) and booking bedrooms and golf.

Tariff applicable from 1 January 2010

Day Delegate Rate from £35 per delegate
24 Hour Delegate Rate (based on single occupancy) from £150 per delegate
Small meetings £25 per delegate – all included

The Day Delegate Rate includes

conference room hire from 8.30am to 5.30pm
welcome coffee and biscuits
mid-morning coffee, warm Danish pastries & muffins
working lunch (this can be upgraded to a fork buffet for an additional £5 per delegate)
afternoon tea with refreshments
conference stationery
flip chart, pad & pens
free wireless highspeed internet access for laptops

The 24 Hour Delegate Rate includes all elements of the day delegate rate plus:

three course dinner
one night’s accommodation
full Yorkshire breakfast
morning newspaper

These tariffs are based on a minimum of 10 people.

Our three Oval Rooms (the Repton, Wyatt and Chantrell) offer a stunning setting for a smaller event. Overlooking the golf course and gardens, these light, airy rooms are ideal for meetings, presentations and training sessions.

Rudding Park is delighted to offer a Day Delegate rate of just £25 per person for meetings of 8 – 16 people.

This special rate includes:

room hire from 9am to 5.30pm
your own dedicated duty manager
three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
working buffet lunch served in your meeting room
complimentary Wi-Fi
flip chart stand
pad and pens

Rudding Park hosts fantastic wine evenings; with carefully selected wines or Champagnes, acclaimed speakers, and gourmet menus. The next wine evenings are on Saturday 13 March, Saturday 29 May and Saturday 17 July.
