For meetings of 10 or more people, we have created both a residential and a non-residential package to include the basic requirements of a meeting. Our events co-ordinators will then work with you to build upon these packages to fulfil your individual needs.
Alternatively you could build the specifications for your event from scratch – from deciding upon the room(s) most suitable for your event, choosing your menus, agreeing any ancillary services (including flowers, AV equipment and entertainment) and booking bedrooms and golf.
Tariffs from 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009
Day Delegate Rate £70 per delegate
24 Hour Delegate Rate (based on single occupancy) £205 per delegate
The Day Delegate Rate includes
- conference room hire from 8.30am to 5.30pm
- welcome coffee and biscuits
- mid-morning coffee, warm Danish pastries & muffins
- lunch with coffee
- afternoon tea with home-made cakes
- conference stationery
- flip chart, pad & pens
The 24 Hour Delegate Rate includes all elements of the day delegate rate plus:
- three course dinner
- one night’s accommodation
- full Yorkshire breakfast
- morning newspaper
These tariffs are based on a minimum of 10 people.
