Taittinger Brut Reserve NV has a high proportion of Chardonnay in the blend giving it elegance and finesse. It has fine, pale gold bubbles and aromas of biscuit and brioche.

5. VEUVE CLICQUOT - £57.00
Yellow Label – Brut
This is a consistently delicious Champagne, with plenty of fruit and
depth.

7. BOLLINGER SPECIAL CUVEE - £59.00
In a class of its own, this special cuvee is a full bodied robust wine producing a Champagne full of depth and structure.

16. PERRIER-JOUET BELLE EPOQUE 2002 - £140.00
This Champagne has a hand painted bottle replica of the famous Emile Galle Art Nouveau style. This Champagne is rich gold in colour and with a full, warm, flowery bouquet and flavour of great length.

9. DOM PERIGNON 1998, VINTAGE - £180.00
A fitting tribute to the genius of the Hautvillers monk who "invented" Champagne. A superb blend intensely flavoured with tropical fruits
and citrus aroma, using roughly equal proportion of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

10. KRUG Vintage 1996- £190.00
Krug only produces its vintage champagne in an exceptional year.
It is a matter of bringing out particular characteristics of one year,
whilst maintaining the Krug taste.

Rose Champagne

12. MOUTARD ROSE - £48.00
Refreshing and light. Apricot and peaches and a wonderful depth of flavour.

13. TAITTINGER ROSE - £56.00
Taittinger Rose has a high proportion of Chardonnay in the blend
giving it elegance and finesse

14. BILLICARD SALMON ROSE - £69.00
This rosé is an ideal partner to an apperitif, but can also accompany a dish of wild salmoni. For dessert, it will add a sublime touch to red fruit flavours.

15. LAURENT PERRIER ROSE - £72.00
A superb pink Champagne. Pure Pinot Noir with lovely intense and long lasting raspberry flavours.

17. POL ROGER ROSE 2000 - £95.00
A full bodied, vintage champagne, this cuvee is a delight to the eye with its’ delicate, salmon pink tones, to the nose with it's fragrant bouquet of red, summery fruits, and to the palate with it's sensuous flavours of ripe Pinot Noir.

21 VEUVE CLICQUOT ROSE - £70.00
A wonderful Rose expression of the Yellow Label. Ripe strawberries and raspberries on the palate.

West Sussex, England
Made from a blend of all 3 classic Champagne grapes. Really elegant, with great fruit concentration.
