From time to time, our Chefs are asked to share their culinary skills and their knowledge of local ingredients with members of the public via demonstrations.

Rudding Park Chefs:

13 July – The Great Yorkshire Show, Game Cookery Theatre (12-12.30pm)
Steph and her great friend Nigel Sampson from Holme Farm Venison, demonstrate some interesting new venison dishes. This versatile meat is so lean and healthy, why not try venison for a change!
14 July – The Great Yorkshire Show, Game Cookery Theatre (3-3.30pm)
Paul cooks an elegant dish of partridge. This Yorkshire Moors land bird is easy to cook when you know how. Paul shows us how it is done!
15 July – The Great Yorkshire Show, Welcome to Yorkshire and Deliciouslyorkshire Cookery Theatre (11.30-12 noon)
Steph introduces us to the delights of Sloe Cocktails and Yorkshire Tapas
15 July – The Great Yorkshire Show, Game Cookery Theatre (12.30-1pm)
Dave cooks some unusual dishes with his favourite meat, Ostrich, reared in Yorkshire. Are you Game for something different!
15 July – The Great Yorkshire Show, Welcome to Yorkshire and Deliciouslyorkshire Cookery Theatre (1.30-2pm)
The Wild Cooks cook head to head – this should be a nail biting affair!
