To make a reservation for any of our Christmas Events please call 01423 871350.
A provisional booking can be made and will be held for up to two weeks at which time we will require either a deposit or signed contract. The method of confirmation is dependant on the type of booking (company or private) and the numbers involved. Should you sign a contract to confirm your booking the terms and conditions will be stated on the contract.

Deposits and Payments
Christmas and New Year Breaks - A deposit of 50% will be required within 14 days of booking with the final balance due by Friday 7 November.
Clocktower Festive Dining - For all reservations at Clocktower on the festive menu full pre payment is required within 14 days of a provisional booking being made.
Party Nights, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve - A deposit of £20 per person is required to be paid within 14 days of the date of booking. Full pre payment will be required by Friday 7 November.
Seasonal Accommodation Offer - Any accommodation reserved must be guaranteed by credit card or confirmed by signing a contract.
Please note deposit payments are non refundable and non transferable.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
CLOCKTOWER FESTIVE DINING
The restaurant is perfect for smaller parties wishing to relax and celebrate Christmas in a contemporary atmosphere. The three course menu is available for lunch and dinner from 1 - 24 December except Saturday evenings, and runs alongside the existing a la carte menu. £27.50 per person.
The Private Dining Room is available throughout December should you prefer a slightly more intimate atmosphere. This can be hired any day of the week for just £75.
